This reporter contains the full text of published and unpublished workers' compensation cases from the California Supreme Court and the California courts of appeal as of January 2, 2007, editorially enhanced with synopses, library references, and headnotes classified to the familiar West Key Number System®. This collection of cases also includes en banc decisions from the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, i.e., cases heard and decided by all members of the board, as well as three-judge panel decisions designated as "significant" by the board. It also provides selected summaries of denials of writ review in the courts of appeal.
