Tony Abena is senior vice president of Law Firms for West, the foremost provider of electronic workflow solutions to the U.S. legal profession. He is responsible for driving revenue growth and profits by innovating and launching new products and services that maximize customer value to this line of business. This includes developing overall business strategy, go-to-market plans and execution initiatives for solo, small, medium and large law firms in the United States.

Mr. Abena brings significant experience in technology, executive management and business growth creation to his position. Most recently, he served as executive vice president and chief technology & operating officer at techies.com, an online technology recruitment company. Prior to that, Mr. Abena served in a variety of executive roles, including vice president of business development and president of Gartner Institute at Gartner Group, the world's leading information technology research and advisory company. He has co-founded and sold two technology start-ups and sits on the boards of several information-driven early-stage companies.

Mr. Abena earned his MBA from the University of Minnesota and his bachelor's degree from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
